Brevard Golf

A true golfer’s paradise, the Brevard area offers multiple options for a day on the green. Take your pick!

18-hole public courses near Brevard include Cummings Cove Golf and Country Club (Asheville), the Etowah Valley Golf Club (Hendersonville), the French Broad Golf Center (Fletcher) and Sapphire Mountain Golf Club (Sapphire Valley). In or just outside of town are Connestee Falls Golf and Sherwood Forest (look out for the river that runs through the course). Also just outside of Brevard is Deerwoode Fitness and Wellness Center, a golf/fitness center with a nine-hole course and a driving range.

For those who prefer private clubs, local picks include the Glen Cannon Country Club, the Lake Toxaway Country Club and Sapphire Lakes Country Club, a top-ranked, beautifully maintained 18-hole championship course set amongst magnificent mountain scenery.
