A private community in Candler, this exclusive development lies on the banks of 62-acre lake that gives the development its name. Designed as an "urban village," it mixes $400,000-and-up homes with kayaking, canoeing, fishing, on-site retail shopping and even its own café/coffee shop, Mosaic Cafe. Swimming is allowed on the lake, as is any kind of non-motorized boating.
